Your coaching programme is very much about you and the goals you wish to achieve through us working together.  However, from experience I know that the best results come from having an agreed framework in place.  Whilst being tailored to your individual requirements, below is an insight into the typical success framework your coaching would therefore be structured around:

Clarity & Creation

Get crystal clear on your Vision – how do you want to show up in your business/career, in your life, health, relationships.   For business owners, this can include defining your ideal client Avatar; who you love working with and why.



Once we’ve nailed your Why, How and Who, we’ll craft your Strategy for bringing this to your audience/outer world.



Think of this as the ‘bedding in’ process!  We’ll ensure you have all the tools, techniques and plans under your belt to manage your time & energy optimally.  You’ll be all set to maintain your motivation for success!

“Creation” – 12 week Coaching Programme

This 12 week, 1:1 coaching programme is ideal for those ready to invest in themselves to start making powerful changes to their lives, personally and/or professionally.


How will I benefit from this coaching?

The results of your programme will largely be determined by your own goals and efforts, however here are examples of typical benefits you can expect:

This programme includes:

  • 2 hour Deep Dive – this is a powerful kick-start to your coaching programme.  We’ll fully explore your needs and how I can best support you to achieve your goals.
  • 5 x 1 hour sessions – recommended fortnightly frequency, to ensure you have time to process and implement the actions identified whilst staying motivated.
  • Unlimited email support – contact me any time you have questions or need extra support throughout the duration of your programme.
  • DISC Personality & Behavioural Profile Assessment and comprehensive report.  This is invaluable for highlighting your individual style, including motivations, preferences, strengths and challenges.   It can also help strengthen communication skills and working with others.


All sessions, unless otherwise agreed, will take place over Skype (or similar medium) and are therefore location-independent.  I work with clients throughout the UK and internationally.
