You may be feeling like you’re busy running around getting nowhere fast; like you’re not doing any one thing very well and need to take time out, take a breather and reassess what’s going on and what you need to change. If you answer ‘yes’ to these questions then my new programme is for YOU!
Do you want to hit pause for a few days but you’re worried that you’re going to drop one of the many plates you’re spinning? Or perhaps you feel guilty taking time out and putting yourself first for a change?
Does this sound like you? Wouldn’t it be great if all that sugar, caffeine and alcohol actually helped to calm our minds rather than it suddenly deciding 11pm is a great time to remind you of all the things you need to do tomorrow and pick holes in all the things you did, or forgot to do, today?!
I’ve been there and I know how completely debilitating it can feel; your head feels like it may burst from everything it’s trying to keep track of. You’re surviving on caffeine and sugar just to get you through the day, telling yourself:
“It’s ok, it’s just for today. I haven’t got time to prepare a healthy lunch because I need to get Tom and Sophie to breakfast club and I was up late preparing my presentation for the meeting with the Senior Management team today. I’ll just push myself extra hard at spinning tonight to work the extra calories off…”
But by the time you’ve collected the kids from their sports clubs, made dinner, filled the dishwasher and made sure homework is done, you can hardly put one foot in front of the other, let alone jump into your gym gear and pedal your heart out for 45 minutes!
So, you pour yourself a large glass of wine once the kids are in bed, slouch in front of the TV, barely even registering what’s going on in the latest soap drama…then drag yourself off to bed to start the exhausting cycle all over again.
Here’s what Zoe Betts had to say about it: “It’s simple to follow and can easily slip into your daily routine…just what I need in my life right now to help me regain control. I love the meditations. I have listened to a lot of meditations and sometimes find them hard to go with, however these I have no problem utterly relaxing to. I really recommend to anyone and particularly those feeling slightly bewildered by life’s chaotic routine. Thanks so much Katie!”
There’s only one way to get out of this cycle and that’s change! Completely overhaul your life, re-set and re-start for a better you. Every day, for 30 days, my self-guided (and, may I add, tried and tested) programme will help you de-stress, become focussed, calm and confident in yourself!
Once you’ve re-started yourself you can take on that ever-growing task list, manage your time and energy more efficiently and even sleep soundly every night, knowing that when you wake up, you’ll be on track to your own success!
